10 rules of healthy nutrition
1. You should eat whole, fresh, and unprocessed foods.
2. Read the labels on the food packages.
3. If you have a diet you should never cut any food group out of it.
4. Weigh and measure standard portions, do not eat too much.
5. Don't supplement your diet with individual nutrients.

"ROADMAP"
I think it's very important to have a "roadmap" for a life. The most important in this it's a process of compliting it, because exactly at this moment you clearly set all priorities, define your objectives, and find the ways to achieve them. If you complite a "roadmap" for your life you've done a big part of it and you should just follow through with them. The"roadmap"for a life is an integral part of every succesful person.
